We offer private and NHS treatment. Recent changes in the NHS have brought about longer waiting times for NHS treatment. NHS treatment is only available for patients aged under 18 with a moderate to severe problem.
We treat patients of all age-groups – young children, teenagers and adults who wish to have a more attractive smile. Our orthodontists are all highly qualified specialists who have the expertise to treat problems from the mild to the very severe.
The appliances we use depend on the situation: growth modifying and removable appliances are often used for children as are metal fixed appliances (train-tracks!) with multi-coloured elastics.
Adults and children who are self-conscious may choose to have tooth coloured brackets, Invisalign or Lingual appliances.
Invisalign and Lingual appliances are so-called “invisible” braces. They are difficult if not impossible to notice depending on the situation and are the treatment of choice if you do not wish to be “public” about your treatment!
